Nausea Relief Acupressure Band

It works by applying continuous pressure onto the acupressure point known as the "Nei-Kuan" or P6 point on each inner wrist.

Stimulating this point can interrupt nausea signals being sent to the brain (via nerve pathways), thereby reducing the sensation of nausea and associated vomiting.

Here is the step-by-step for optimal usage:

1. Place your middle three fingers of one hand on the inside of your opposite wrist so that the edge of your third finger (i.e., ring finger) rests on the wrist-crease.
   
2. Under your index finger, between the two central tendons, lies the P6 (Nei-Kuan) acupressure point. Position the plastic stud/button of the Sea-Band so it presses downward on this point. 
   
3. Repeat on the other wrist — both wrists must be worn for full effect. 
   
4. It’s better to put the bands on before you anticipate the onset of nausea (e.g., before travel starts) for improved effect. 
   
5. The bands are washable by hand using mild soap/detergent. They can be worn for extended periods (unless discomfort/swelling around hands occurs) and reused.
